Each booth costs $300 and consists of an eight foot table and a chair. Sponsors may elect to purchase more than one booth. MasterSports will do what it can to provide additional chairs through the Hotel as availability allows. Please let us know if you need additional chairs by February 29, 2012.
As part of becoming a MasterSports Sponsor each company will receive a MasterSports Affiliate Membership. Affiliate Memberships normally cost $50.

All members of the Board of Directors are here to assist you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make this the best clinic experience you will have. Prior to the Clinic Al Lisitano will serve as your prime contact for MasterSports. During the Clinic all Board members and MasterSports volunteers will be available to assist you as needed.
All Sponsors are responsible for the security of their property at all times. MasterSports Inc does not assume any responsibility. All property of the sponsor shall be deemed to be under his/her custody and control in transit to, from and/or within the confines of the exhibit hall. Sponsors are advised to carry floater insurance to cover exhibit materials against injury to the person and property of others. Neither MasterSports Inc. nor the hotel will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may be caused by or occur to the sponsor or to the sponsor's employees,agents or property from any cause prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the sponsor contract. The sponsor signing this contract expressly releases MasterSports Inc, the hotel and their respective agents and employees/representatives, and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless them and each of them from all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from any cause resulting or connected with the transportation, placing, removal, custody or display of exhibits.
