Dave Russo appeared in the show "The Entertainer" on the E channel which began the end of January, 2005.
Dave Russo was the first Winner of the Boston Comedy Festival, Comedy Competition "Best New Comic Award".
He is a regular at the Tropicana in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Foxwoods Casinos & Resorts. Dave has performed with the Bare Naked Ladies, Hootie and the Blow Fish, The Righteous Brothers, Joe Cocker, Dave Chappelle, Jeff Garlin (Curb Your Enthusiasm) and Chris Noth (Sex in the City).
Aside from Stand Up Comedy, Dave received a wrestling scholarship at Division 1, Wilkes University in Wilkes Barre, PA. Dave's senior year, the team won the All Academic Team award averaging a 3.5 G.P.A., Outplacing Harvard, Yale, and BYU. Dave is his families first member to attend and graduate college. He has copy written a program called RAAP (Refined Academic Athlete Program). This program promotes continuing education beyond high school, whether it be college or the trades.
Lastly, Dave has performed at over 300 colleges and high schools promoting the positives of higher education.
